Tyler Reddick of 23XI Racing finished ninth in Sunday's Cracker Barrel 400 at Nashville Superspeedway. Beginning the race from the fourth position, Reddick quickly showcased plenty of speed earlier on in the race, as he ran inside the top five throughout the entire first stage and eventually finished it in second, earning plenty of stage points. During the second stage, Reddick got shuffled back due to a loose wheel and pitting under green, which caused him to go a lap down. Unfortunately for Reddick, he did not earn any stage points during the second stage as he placed 19th. He would come back during the third stage, however, as he got back onto the lead lap and then spent the rest of the race climbing back into the top 10. As a result, Reddick claimed the second top-10 finish of his Cup Series career at Nashville.--Sean Engel - RotoBallerSource: NASCAR.com

New York Yankees outfielder Jasson Dominguez (thumb) exited early during their victory over the Los Angeles Dodgers on Sunday evening. The former top prospect left the game with a left thumb contusion he suffered in the fifth inning after sliding into second base. Before exiting, Dominguez went 1-for-2 with an RBI, a run, and a walk. Fantasy managers should monitor his status leading up to their next game on Tuesday evening against the Cleveland Guardians. Over his last 10 contests, the switch-hitting outfielder has been quite productive at the plate, posting a .276/.361/.414 slash line with a double, a home run, and a 10:5 K:BB. If Dominguez were to miss time, fantasy managers should expect Cody Bellinger to see the vast majority of starts in left field with Pablo Reyes serving as the No. 2 option.--Andy Smith - RotoBallerSource: Jorge Castillo

New York Yankees relief pitcher Luke Weaver (hamstring) tweaked his hamstring before entering Sunday's contest against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Erik Boland of Newsday Sports reported that Weaver "felt something" in his hamstring while stretching in the bullpen. As a result, Tim Hill was given the nod to pitch in the ninth inning. Fantasy managers should continue to keep an eye on his status leading up to their next game on Tuesday evening against the Cleveland Guardians. Weaver has emerged as the team's top closer and has performed at an elite level in this role. Through 25 2/3 innings, the right-hander has held a stellar 1.05 ERA with a 0.70 WHIP. He has tallied eight saves and added six holds. If Weaver were to miss time, Devin Williams would be the likely candidate to earn a majority of the save opportunities.--Andy Smith - RotoBallerSource: Erik Boland

Detroit Tigers infield prospect Kevin McGonigle extended his hitting streak to seven games on Sunday during their contest against High-A Dayton. In this outing, McGonigle went 3-for-4 with a double and three RBI. During this seven-game stretch, the No. 2-ranked prospect in Detroit (only behind Max Clark) has posted an impressive .595/.686/.926 slash line. McGonigle recently got the call to High-A and has been swinging a hot bat. Through his first 10 games with High-A West Michigan, the 20-year-old has tallied 18 hits with eight doubles and an impressive 3:11 K:BB. He began the campaign with Low-A, where he posted a .235/.350/.353 line across six contests. Given his hot start to the season, fantasy managers should keep a close eye on his development as he will likely move up to Double-A in the second half.--Andy Smith - RotoBallerSource: MiLB.com

Baltimore Orioles catching prospect Samuel Basallo went 1-for-4 with a home run during their contest on Sunday against Triple-A Lehigh Valley. This outing snapped Basallo's seven-game power slump. During this skid, the top catching prospect in the sport went 2-for-22 at the plate with just one extra-base hit (a double). Before this stretch, Basallo was holding a stellar .333/.440/.857 line slash line with four doubles, six home runs, and a 12:8 K:BB. Through 35 games at Triple-A this season, the No. 16-ranked prospect in the sport has continued to flash high power upside, holding a stellar .891 OPS with a .543 SLG. Fantasy managers should continue to view Basallo as a top hitting prospect to stash as he is nearing his MLB debut. When he gets the call, he will carry high power upside from the catching position.--Andy Smith - RotoBallerSource: MiLB.com

The Boston Red Sox are promoting infield prospect Blaze Jordan to Triple-A Worcester. Jordan was drafted in the third round of the 2020 MLB Draft and is set to make his Triple-A debut this week. Jordan has been one of the most productive hitters at the Double-A level through the early part of the 2025 campaign. Through his first 44 contests, the corner infielder has held an impressive .320/.415/.513 slash line with 11 doubles, six home runs, three stolen bases, and a 19:22 K:BB. Last season at Double-A, Jordan posted a modest .261/.305/.388 line with just seven long balls and a 46:18 K:BB across 89 contests. Fantasy managers should continue to keep an eye on Jordan's development as he could be in the mix to reach the majors during the second half of the season.--Andy Smith - RotoBallerSource: Christopher Smith

Washington Nationals left-handed pitching prospect Alex Clemmey extended his shutout streak on Sunday against High-A Hudson Valley. In this outing, the No. 5-ranked prospect in the system tossed five shutout frames with three hits and five walks. He struck out nine. In his previous outing, the southpaw tossed six shutout frames with four hits, two walks, and nine punchouts. Throughout his first taste of High-A, the 19-year-old has flashed elite strikeout upside and currently sits at the top of the strikeout leaderboard in the South Atlantic League. Through 45 2/3 frames, Clemmey has struck out 67 batters but has shown weak command, serving up 38 free passes. If Clemmey continues to lower his walk rate, he could be in the mix to earn a taste of Double-A late in the season.--Andy Smith - RotoBallerSource: MiLB.com

Although it was unclear whether Denny Hamlin would start Sunday's Cracker Barrel 400 at Nashville Superspeedway, he ran the entire race and was one of the leading contenders for the win. After starting second, Hamlin trailed his teammate Chase Briscoe for most of the first stage before passing him on Lap 83 for the stage win. He dominated most of Stage 2 until William Byron and eventual winner Ryan Blaney both caught him for the lead. Byron and Hamlin traded the lead on Laps 167 and 168 before Blaney pulled off a gallant three-wide pass for the lead to ultimately take the Stage 2 win. Hamlin eventually finished third after Carson Hocevar surprisingly beat him out of the pits, but Hamlin did reduce his points deficit to Byron for the regular-season championship by five points to 104, and he overtook Chase Elliott and Tyler Reddick for fourth in the points standings.--Sean Wrona - RotoBallerSource: Racing Reference

After a string of races early in the season where Joey Logano ran well and earned a lot of stage points and laps led before ultimately finishing outside the top 10, Logano did almost entirely the opposite on Sunday as he quietly delivered one of his better runs of the year. While he was no match for his teammate Ryan Blaney, and even Austin Cindric was ahead of him for good portions of the race, Logano ran in the top 10 almost the entire race and the top five for almost the entire second half. He did take the lead in the pits at the end of Stage 2, but Blaney passed him immediately on the ensuing restart and led the rest of the way. Since Logano has won a race and is far out of the regular-season championship picture, it didn't really matter how he ran on Sunday, but at least it seems like lately the No. 22 team isn't throwing away as many regular-season races as they used to.--Sean Wrona - RotoBallerSource: Racing Reference

Christopher Bell made the best of a bad situation to finish 10th at Nashville on Sunday. After finishing fifth in Stage 1 when the Joe Gibbs Racing cars were very fast, he continued to run fifth directly behind eventual winner Ryan Blaney when he was wrecked on Lap 113 by Erik Jones, the driver he replaced. Although he backed into the wall and had some damage, miraculously it did not take him out of the race under the damaged vehicle policy and he managed to recover, driving up from 34th to 10th in Stage 2 before ultimately finishing in that same position. Although he lost 14 points to points leader William Byron, he still has a shot at the regular-season championship since he is only 87 points behind.--Sean Wrona - RotoBallerSource: Racing Reference

Considering Nashville is one of Ross Chastain's tracks and he actually qualified well for once, many people expected him to be one of the favorites for Sunday's Nashville race. Although he was as usual the fastest Trackhouse Racing driver throughout the race, he was mildly disappointing, as he spent most of the race running between 10th and 15th place. Although he finished 10th in Stage 1, he narrowly missed earning stage points in Stage 2 and fell out of the top 10 only five laps before the end of the race. Nonetheless, it doesn't really matter since his win locked him into the playoffs, and he wasn't even in contention for the regular-season championship. While Chastain really does seem to have cleaned up his aggressive driving and is now much more polished, Trackhouse continues to have inconsistent speed just as their predecessor teams SABCO and Chip Ganassi Racing also did. Chastain's lack of speed at Nashville is still rather puzzling.--Sean Wrona - RotoBallerSource: Racing Reference

Although Chase Briscoe started on the pole for the second consecutive week at Nashville, Briscoe's car seemed to only run well in clean air and he eventually faded to a 17th-place finish. Briscoe dominated Stage 1 leading 51 laps before both Denny Hamlin and Tyler Reddick overtook him very late in the stage, but as other drivers beat him out of the pits and got better restarts, he fell out of the top ten very late in Stage 2 and never recovered. Briscoe effectively stood pat in the playoff picture, as he only lost two points on the playoff cutline in yesterday's race, dropping from 47 points above the cutline to 45 over Ryan Preece. The speed Briscoe has shown should be enough to make the playoffs if there aren't a lot of fluke winners, but the fact that he seems to have more speed early in races than late means he may be one of the likeliest drivers to drop out.--Sean Wrona - RotoBallerSource: Racing Reference

New York Mets outfielder Juan Soto homered for the second straight game in a 5-3 win over the Colorado Rockies on Sunday. Soto's solo shot, his 10th of the year, was his lone hit during a 1-for-2 afternoon. He also chipped in a walk and an additional run scored. Soto had gone 17 straight games without an HR before he went deep in the Mets' win on Saturday. However, the 26-year-old superstar looked more like his typical self this weekend. He's now batting .233/.363/.429 in his first 259 plate appearances as a Met. As a lifetime .282/.417/.525 hitter, odds are Soto's production will keep rising as the season advances. He'll attempt to stay hot against Los Angeles Dodgers right-hander Dustin May on Monday. May has held the upper hand in their matchups, having limited Soto to a weak 1-for-9 line with a double, three walks, and two strikeouts.--Connor Byrne - RotoBallerSource: ESPN

Chicago Cubs first baseman Michael Busch had a superb Sunday at the plate in helping lead the club to a 7-3 victory over the Cincinnati Reds. Busch swatted his eighth home run of the season as part of a 2-for-2 showing with three RBI and two walks. After that spotless performance, Busch owns an impressive .266/.366/.486 line with 33 RBI in 205 plate appearances. The lefty-swinging Busch is seldom in the lineup when the opposing team starts a southpaw, but he's a productive option for fantasy managers when the Cubs face a right-hander. They're slated to take on Nationals righty Trevor Williams on Tuesday.--Connor Byrne - RotoBallerSource: ESPN

Kansas City Royals left-hander Kris Bubic (5-3) suffered his third loss of the season in a 1-0 decision against the Detroit Tigers on Sunday. A lack of run support cost Bubic, who turned in another gem with seven innings of one-run ball. He allowed a mere four hits and racked up nine strikeouts against two walks. It was the fifth straight quality start for the 27-year-old, who hasn't allowed more than one run in a game since April 27. The Royals' decision to move Bubic back to their starting rotation after he functioned as a reliever last season has worked brilliantly. Bubic has provided the club Cy Young-caliber production with a sparkling 1.43 ERA and 79:22 K:BB in 75 1/3 frames this year, making him a must-start for fantasy managers. He has a juicy matchup against the Chicago White Sox on Saturday. Bubic held them scoreless over seven innings in a 10-0 win back on May 8.--Connor Byrne - RotoBallerSource: ESPN

Cleveland Guardians third baseman Jose Ramirez swatted his 11th home run of the season on Sunday to help the team to a 4-2 win over the Los Angeles Angels. Ramirez added a single to finish 2-for-4 with one RBI. While Ramirez saw a 21-game hitting streak end on Friday, he has now gotten on base in 28 consecutive contests since April 30. Not surprisingly, the six-time All-Star is enjoying another stellar season. He's slashing .327/.384/.555 line with 36 runs scored, 29 RBI, and 14 stolen bases in 237 trips to the plate. Ramirez will try to add to his on-base streak when the Guardians go on the road to face New York Yankees left-hander Carlos Rodon on Tuesday. Ramirez has gone a modest 11-of-45 with no HRs, five RBI, eight walks, and four strikeouts against Rodon.--Connor Byrne - RotoBallerSource: ESPN

Athletics shortstop Jacob Wilson continued his sensational rookie campaign in an 8-4 loss to the Toronto Blue Jays on Sunday. Wilson went 4-for-4 with four singles, an RBI, and a stolen base. The 23-year-old has already amassed 24 multi-hit games this season. Overall, Wilson has put together a remarkable .357/.396/.504 line with seven home runs, 32 RBI, five steals, and 14:13 K:BB in 241 plate appearances. He'll aim for a third straight multi-hit game on Monday against the Minnesota Twins and right-hander Joe Ryan.--Connor Byrne - RotoBallerSource: ESPN

Arizona Diamondbacks third baseman Eugenio Suarez crushed a mammoth 466-foot home run to help lead the club to a 3-1 victory over the Washington Nationals on Sunday. Suarez's two-run blast against southpaw Mitchell Parker was his lone hit of the game in a 1-for-4 performance. He now has 16 HRs and 44 RBI to go with an above-average .231/.311/.509 line in 241 plate appearances. The 33-year-old did strike out once on Sunday, but his 23.2% K rate this season represents a significant decrease from the combined 29.5% mark he logged from 2019-24. The decline in strikeouts has paid off so far for Suarez, who's on pace for his sixth season of 30-plus homers.--Connor Byrne - RotoBallerSource: ESPN

Kansas City Royals first baseman Jac Caglianone is getting the call to the major leagues, reports Jeff Passan of ESPN. The pressure was mounting quickly for the Royals to promote the top prospect ever since he was promoted to Triple-A, where he launched six home runs in his first 11 games at the new level. The slugger is slashing .323/.391/.600 throughout all stops of the minors this season, and is going to add some pop to Kansas City's lineup. He is ranked as the 10th-best prospect in baseball by MLB.com, and his 70-grade power is what got him selected sixth overall in the 2024 draft. While he is primarily a first baseman, he should also see time in both corner outfield spots and designated hitter, since Vinnie Pasquantino is already holding down first base. Caglianone is a must-add in all fantasy leagues.--Jeremy Heist - RotoBallerSource: Jeff Passan

Cleveland Guardians starting pitcher Gavin Williams picked up his fifth win of the year in a 4-2 victory over the Angels on Sunday. He pitched a quality start, allowing two unearned runs on one hit and two walks while striking out six. It was a nice bounce-back outing after he failed to last five innings in his last time out against the Dodgers. It's been an up-and-down season for the 25-year-old, who was a popular breakout pick heading into the season. He's had some solid starts but has ultimately struggled with control to the tune of a 13.2% walk rate. The youngster should be considered a back-end rotation type for fantasy that you can play the matchups with, but won't fully be able to be trusted until he can get the ball in the zone more consistently.--Jeremy Heist - RotoBallerSource: MLB.com

Seattle Mariners catcher Cal Raleigh hit a solo home run in a 2-1 win over the Twins on Sunday. It was his major league-leading 23rd homer of the season, which is unprecedented for a catcher. He recently became the first catcher in history to reach the 20-homer mark before the end of May, and there are no signs of him slowing down. The slugger has a 99th-percentile 23.9% barrel rate and is single-handedly putting a question to the narrative that Seattle is a pitcher-friendly venue. Raleigh is the clear number-one catcher in fantasy at this point and could find himself being drafted in the first two rounds in 2026 drafts.--Jeremy Heist - RotoBallerSource: MLB.com

Arizona Diamondbacks starting pitcher Corbin Burnes (elbow) left Sunday's start with right-elbow inflammation, reports Bob Nightengale of USA Today. While nothing is official yet, there's optimism that he avoided a serious injury. That would be great news if true, as things were looking very bleak as he left the game in the fifth inning with an immediate elbow issue after throwing a pitch. The 30-year-old has been the picture of health throughout his career, making at least 28 starts every year dating back to 2021. Even if he did avoid a potential elbow surgery, it's still likely that this will require a trip to the injured list to heal. Expect more updates after he undergoes an MRI on Monday.--Jeremy Heist - RotoBallerSource: Bob Nightengale

Tampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Taj Bradley received his fifth loss of the season on Sunday against the Astros despite striking out 10 and allowing only one unearned run over seven innings. He gave up three hits and walked two. This is the second straight outing where he's gone seven strong innings and still gotten stuck with the loss. The 24-year-old has been much more efficient this season than in past years with eight quality starts in 12 tries. In 2024, he achieved that in only 10 of his 25 starts. However, the efficiency seems to have come at the cost of getting fewer strikeouts, as the 26.6% K rate he posted last season is down to 21.9% this year. The youngster will carry a 3.95 ERA into his next start, which is set to be against the Marlins.--Jeremy Heist - RotoBallerSource: MLB.com

Arizona Diamondbacks relief pitcher Justin Martinez recorded his first save since returning from the injured list last week, bringing his season total to four. This was promising to see, especially after allowing two runs to blow a save in his first appearance back on May 24. The 23-year-old could be a top-10 closer for fantasy if he can gain full control of the job, which he briefly did before suffering his injury. A.J. Puk still isn't close to returning from his elbow injury, which makes Shelby Miller the main competition for saves. Martinez is coming off of a 2024 season where he posted an elite 2.48 ERA with 91 strikeouts in 72 2/3 innings, so make sure he's not sitting on the waiver wire in your leagues.--Jeremy Heist - RotoBallerSource: MLB.com
