P.J. Washington Puts Up 25 Points As Starter
4 years agoCharlotte Hornets power forward P.J. Washington re-entered the starting lineup on Friday and had it going offensively, finishing a 108-102 win over Cleveland with 25 points on 9-for-18 shooting. He had most of his makes from behind the arc, going 5-for-9 with the three-ball. Washington completed his line with five rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block. The 22-year-old had a miserable two-point outing in limited minutes against Chicago on Thursday but bounced back straight away. The Kentucky product should have plenty to prove in the next matchup against Boston after he managed only three points against the C's in this year's first meeting earlier in the month.
