P.J. Washington Gets Back On Track Sunday
2 years agoCharlotte Hornets forward/center P.J. Washington broke out of a slump Sunday against Miami, netting 27 points on 11-for-19 shooting in a 122-117 win. Three of his makes came with seven attempts from behind the arc, and he had six rebounds in the game with five assists and one steal. Washington had managed just 21 points in total across the previous three games. Getting some more rebounds out of Washington would be nice, as he averages only 4.5 boards, but it's been a good campaign in general for the 24-year-old, who is getting a career-high 15.1 points per game.
