Buffalo Sabres defenseman Owen Power registered a goal and an assist in Wednesday's 3-2 loss to the Rangers. The 22-year-old was benched for most of the first period after Mika Zibanejad scored the game's opening goal on the power play off Power's mistake, but he bounced back well. Rasmus Dahlin's (back) absence has given Power a larger role on the Sabres blue line lately, and he's responded with a three-game point streak. Power boasts 19 points (four goals, 15 assists) in 29 games for the season, having done all of his scoring during even-strength play. His contributions include a team-high 47 blocks.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
