1 year agoToronto Raptors forward Ochai Agbaji (hip) won't play on Sunday versus the 76ers. He took a hard fall during Sunday's blowout loss to the New York Knicks and didn't return after logging just five minutes. With the Raptors' lengthy injury report, Agbaji had been more involved than usual, posting double-digit scoring performances in his previous four games leading up to Friday's game. Fortunately, RJ Barrett (personal) has a chance to return after missing a few weeks. But if Barrett isn't ready for action, Gradey Dick and Gary Trent Jr. should stay the team's top contributors. At the same time, Garrett Temple, coming off a 15-point showing, may remain relevant for DFS participants.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller

3 weeks agoToronto Raptors guard/forward Ochai Agbaji (ankle) is not healthy enough to return to the lineup on Friday against the Utah Jazz. The team has downgraded his status from questionable to out. Agbaji will miss a seventh consecutive contest. With Ja'Kobe Walter (hip) and Gradey Dick (knee) also out of commission, Jamison Battle and A.J. Lawson could have significant roles to play again in Friday's contest. Lawson has scored an eye-popping 60 points across the past two games.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

4 weeks agoToronto Raptors guard/forward Ochai Agbaji (ankle) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers. The team has updated Agbaji's status from doubtful to out as the 24-year-old continues to be sidelined due to a left ankle sprain. Agbaji's next opportunity to play will be on Friday against the Utah Jazz. The Raptors are going to be extremely shorthanded for Wednesday's contest, making the likes of Jamal Shead, A.J. Lawson, and Jared Rhoden viable fantasy options.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

1 month agoToronto Raptors guard/forward Ochai Agbaji (ankle) will miss Tuesday's game against the Orlando Magic. This will be his second consecutive absence since Agbaji sprained his left ankle in a game against the Chicago Bulls last week. Because Agbaji is absent, the rest of the Raptors bench might see extra playing time. Jamal Shead led the second unit in Sunday's clash against the Magic, scoring 12 points and dishing out four assists in 17 minutes. Agbaji's next opportunity to return will come on Friday when Toronto begins a back-to-back set against the Utah Jazz.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

2 months agoToronto Raptors guard/forward Ochai Agbaji (hand) will rejoin the action on Monday against the New Orleans Pelicans. He has recovered from an injury to his shooting hand, which kept Agbaji on the sidelines for four games. Agbaji has fallen off the fantasy radar recently, but he still boasts some solid numbers for the season, with averages of 10.6 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.7 assists. Bruce Brown, who has been productive recently, might lose playing time to Agbaji.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
