2 years agoThe Los Angeles Angels, Boston Red Sox, and Toronto Blue Jays are all interested in free agent starting pitcher Kodai Senga, per MLB Network's Jon Morosi. The 29-year-old, who pitched in 11 seasons for Nippon Professional Baseball's Fukuoka Softbank Hawks, remains one of the higher-end free-agent starting pitchers available, with Jacob deGrom recently signing with the Texas Rangers and Justin Verlander joining the New York Mets. It is difficult to project exactly how Senga's skills will translate to the Major Leagues, but he did compile an impressive 2.59 ERA and 10.3 K/9 rate over more than 1,000 innings pitched in his time with the Hawks.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
