Nolan Arenado Hits For The Cycle On Friday
2 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals third baseman Nolan Arenado hit for the second cycle of his career during Friday's 5-3 loss to the Philadelphia Phillies. He went 4-for-4 at the plate in the game, tallying three RBI and one run. The 31-year-old is now slashing .288/.349/.523 with 15 home runs, 52 RBI and 36 runs over 75 games on the year. His .373 wOBA ranks in the 90th percentile and its the highest wOBA he's had since 2019. He's also maintaining a career-best 23.2 degree average exit velocity to go along with a career-low 0.58 GB/FB rate thanks to a minuscule 29.3% ground ball rate.
