Nolan Arenado Appropriately Homers For 1,000th Hit
6 years agoColorado Rockies third baseman Nolan Arenado ripped a home run to left for his 1,000th MLB hit on Tuesday, and it ended up being the game-winning run, just to put the cherry on top. Arenado racked up five hits in the last two games to get to the milestone, and the homer was the fourth of the season. He's hit safely in six of his last seven games, his BB/K ratio is a perfect 8/8, and he's well on his way to another MVP-candidate season. He'll have stiff competition from the likes of Christian Yelich and others, but Arenado remains one of the most dependable assets in both real and fantasy baseball.
