New York Islanders defenseman Noah Dobson had three assists in Sunday's 6-5 overtime defeat against the Rangers in a Stadium Series game. He became the third player and first defenseman to register three assists in an NHL outdoor game. Dobson had one power-play helper and two assists in even-strength situations. With the effort, Dobson reached 51 assists for the season, and he's now sitting on 58 points with 54 games played -- Denis Potvin is the only blue-liner in franchise history to have hit the 50-assist mark quicker in a season, having done it with 53 games in 1978-79.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
