No Concussion For Yoan Moncada
6 years agoChicago White Sox third baseman Yoan Moncada (head) tested negative for a concussion after being hit in the head while attempting to steal in the game on Wednesday. Moncada had a single and stolen base in his three plate appearances and is hitting a nice .333/.370/.638 with six doubles, five home runs, 15 runs, 16 RBI and two steals to begin the year. After a struggle in 2018 when he led the league in strikeouts, Moncada looks to have changed his approach and could be making the next step. He needs to be owned everywhere in a potential breakout season. Don't be surprised if he sits out a few days, but Moncada shouldn't be out for too long.
