1 year agoMiami Heat forward Nikola Jovic scored 21 points in Monday's Sacramento Summer League win over the Lakers. The 20-year-old went 7-for-12 from the field and 2-for-4 from deep while adding eight rebounds and three assists. Unfortunately, he had a game-high four turnovers, but it was still a fine showing. Jovic, selected in the first round of the 2022 NBA Draft, played sparingly last season. He averaged only 5.5 points in 13.6 minutes per contest. However, he averaged 8.5 points and 3.5 rebounds in eight starts, a slight improvement. That said, Jovic is still a work in progress and needs more time to develop. While he probably won't see much attention in redraft formats heading into the 2023-24 campaign, he's worth stashing in dynasty setups.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
