Nick Williams Makes Most Of Home Start
6 years agoWhile Rhys Hoskins did the majority of damage on offense for the Philadelphia Phillies Thursday, a fellow outfielder also came up big in what would ultimately be an easy win. Nick Williams, who batted fifth and started in right field, recorded two hits, first with a solo home run in the second inning. The game remained scoreless from that point until the sixth, when Williams again drove in another run, this time with an RBI double to left field. The two RBI were his most in a game since the middle of last month, bringing his season total to 19.
