7 months agoChicago White Sox starting pitcher prospect Nick Nastrini will make his MLB debut on Monday against the Kansas City Royals. Nastrini pitched well in Spring Training and almost made the team straight out of camp, but was sent to the minors to give him a few appearances in Triple-A. He had a tough time there, though, allowing seven runs (six earned) in seven innings, although he did strike out 13. The 24-year-old will try and put an end to the White Sox four-game losing streak against the red-hot Royals. He doesn't need to be picked up outside of the deepest of leagues, and he shouldn't be considered as a viable streamer given the matchup.--Matt Garon - RotoBaller
