With the team's top wide receiver, Alshon Jeffery (shoulder), missing the first game, Foles will have a limited cast to work with. Foles is currently in the lower end of QB2 ranks for Week 1, so even owners who drafted Carson Wentz can likely do better by streaming a quarterback for Week 1.
