10 months agoTampa Bay Lightning forward Nick Paul (undisclosed) didn't play in the third period against Colorado on Thursday. He soaked in 9:37 of action across the first two periods but didn't feature after the second intermission as Tampa exploded for four goals and turned a 3-2 deficit into a 6-3 win. There weren't any updates on Paul after the game. The 28-year-old boasts 29 points (14 goals, 15 assists) through 55 appearances in 2023-24. Lightning head coach Jon Cooper will need to modify his second line if Paul can't play on Saturday versus Florida, with Austin Watson being the likeliest candidate to fill the opening in the lineup.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
