Nelson Agholor Catches a Three-Yard Pass on Thursday
5 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles wide receiver Nelson Agholor made just one catch in Thursday's preseason game, gaining three yards. Meanwhile, his main competition on the depth chart, rookie J.J. Arcega-Whiteside, went off for 104 yards and a touchdown. Agholor's usage showed that the Eagles consider him a starter, but Arcega-Whiteside's performance could certainly force the hand of the Eagles front office. Agholor likely won't be on the field as often as other team's WR3s since the Eagles run two-tight end sets very often, but in a strong offense, he should still have some value in deeper leagues and PPR.
