3 years agoThe Washington Nationals will be selecting the contract of veteran pitcher Aaron Sanchez. The 29-year-old will be joining the team prior to Saturday's game against his former team, the San Francisco Giants. The Nationals have yet to name a starter for Saturday's contest. Sanchez could be line for the start or he could work a long relief role. The right-hander signed a minor league deal with the Nationals this offseason. He's made three starts at Triple-A this year and he has pitched to a 3.60 ERA and a 1.48 WHIP while averaging 6.0 K/9.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
