Nathan Eovaldi Dominates Yankees In Game 3
6 years agoBoston Red Sox starter Nathan Eovaldi allowed one run on five hits across seven innings of work in a 16-1 victory over the New York Yankees in Game 3 of the ALDS. Eovaldi struck out five batters without issuing a walk. Eovaldi's velocity was flirting with 100 MPH all night long and he demonstrated exceptional control. It was the first postseason start of his career. Should the Red Sox move on, it seems likely that Eovaldi will start Game 3 of the ALCS. Based on his most recent success, he'd be a solid DFS option for his next start.
