Nate Sudfeld Could Draw Interest from Indianapolis
5 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles quarterback Nate Sudfeld could draw interest from the suddenly quarterback-needy Indianapolis Colts. The Colts tried to get Sudfeld from the Eagles practice squad in 2017 so there is known interest in the former sixth-round pick. Sudfeld played his college ball in Indiana and has a relationship with Colts coach Frank Reich. Sudfeld was set to be the number two quarterback in Philly, but a wrist injury forced the Eagles to sign Josh McCown out of retirement, dropping Sudfeld to third on the depth chart. He can likely be had for a late pick if the Colts make the offer.
