6 years agoChicago White Sox relief pitcher Nate Jones (arm) played catch in the outfield on Thursday. It's progress, but Jones still has a long ways to go to return to the team's bullpen. He hasn't pitched in the bigs since June 12. Jones could be an option down the stretch for saves in Chicago, but fantasy owners can continue to leave him on the waiver wire for now.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
