Myles Turner Partakes In Non-Contact Work
3 years agoIndiana Pacers center Myles Turner (foot) went through 30 minutes of non-contact work at practice on Thursday, according to head coach Rick Carlisle. While Turner remains without a timetable for a return, Carlisle stated that Turner is "inching forward a little bit each day." Turner has been out since mid-January due to a stress reaction in his left foot. There's a good chance we won't see him on the court again this year. Fellow centers Isaiah Jackson and Jalen Smith have been must-roster players in most fantasy formats over the past few weeks and it seems likely that they will both finish the year strong. Smith has averaged 14.3 points, 9.3 rebounds and 1.3 three-pointers per game this month while Jackson has averaged 11.5 points, 7.8 rebounds and 2.5 blocks per game.
