Montrezl Harrell Brings Everything Off The Bench
6 years agoLos Angeles Clippers power forward Montrezl Harrell did a bit of everything off the bench on Saturday against the Pistons, scoring 21 points, while recording nine rebounds, six assists, four blocks, and one steal. Starting power forward Tobias Harris had an 11-point, 10-rebound double-double, but Harrell played the more effective game as Harris finished with a team-worst minus-17 rating. Harrell shot 8-for-14 from the field and 5-for-6 from the charity stripe. The former Rocket has been a very productive player off the bench all year long, averaging 15.7 points and 6.7 rebounds, while shooting 63.2 percent from the field. The Clippers will be in a pace-up spot against New Orleans next in a matchup which should suit Harrell's energetic style of play well.
