Mitchell Robinson Ditches Walking Boot
11 months agoNew York Knicks center Mitchell Robinson (ankle) is no longer wearing a walking boot, head coach Tom Thibodeau revealed on Tuesday. Robinson underwent surgery on his left ankle in December. Getting out of the walking boot is a positive sign of his progression, but Robinson has yet to start running, meaning it will still take time before he's ready to return to action. The Knicks big man will miss a 35th consecutive game on Thursday versus Philadelphia. Isaiah Hartenstein (Achilles) has stepped up well as Robinson's understudy and is set to return from a three-game absence on Thursday.
