Toronto Maple Leafs forward Mitch Marner (lower body) will not suit up for Thursday's road game against the Philadelphia Flyers. The veteran suffered a lower-body injury on an awkward fall while attempting a shot on goal in a 4-1 loss to the Boston Bruins on March 7 and missed Saturday's game against the Montreal Canadiens, a 3-2 win. The 26-year-old is enjoying another big season with 25 goals and 76 points across 62 games with 145 shots in 21:20 of average ice time per contest. Calle Jarnkrok has been moved up to the right wing alongside Auston Matthews, while John Tavares has been re-inserted as the team's second-line center following the trade-deadline acquisition of center Connor Dewar.--Brenton KempRead More News
