Miles Sanders Tallies 156 Total Yards And Two Touchdowns Sunday
2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders took 27 carries for 134 yards and two touchdowns, adding two receptions on three targets for 22 yards, during the team's 29-21 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars Sunday. The 25-year-old exceeded expectations in a tough matchup, putting the offense on his back with the passing attack hampered due to the heavy downfall of rain throughout the contest. Through four games, Sanders has recorded 72 carries, while the rest of the Eagles' running backs have a combined total of 27. The fourth-year back is the clear workhorse for the offense and is competing more with quarterback Jalen Hurts for carries, not any of the other running backs. Sanders will go on the road to face Arizona next week in another solid matchup. He should be considered an RB2 in Week 5.
