4 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders is a strong running back option in fantasy lineups for Week 4. The Eagles offense has been a complete disaster through three games so far this year, but Sanders has played well in the two games he's been in, averaging almost 16 fantasy points per game. He's been the one part of the Eagles offense that has worked, and the team will likely focus on him in both the running and passing game against the San Francisco 49ers.
