Miles Mikolas Gives Up Five Runs in Five Innings
5 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Miles Mikolas struggled on Saturday, allowing five runs on seven hits and two walks in five innings of work. He struck out five and allowed two home runs. Mikolas saw his record drop to 7-13 and his ERA rise to 4.30. Opponents are hitting .277 against him, and despite his excellent 2018 and some solid starts this season, he's hard to rely on as much more than a streamer at this point.
