5 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Miles Mikolas (forearm) has reportedly been "encouraged" by how his forearm has responded to rest and how it has recovered to some higher intensity throwing sessions. Mikolas has thrown two bullpen sessions so far, and the Cardinals think their starter will be ready to go whenever MLB is able to start the season. Mikolas is a better "real life" pitcher than he is in fantasy lineups, but he's still a solid, usually consistent option for deeper league rotations.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
