Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman Mikhail Sergachev (lower body) won't play on Thursday against the Golden Knights. The Russian blue-liner has to skip a clash against the reigning Stanley Cup champions due to a lower-body injury sustained in the previous game versus St. Louis. He is expected to return after one or two games, so luckily for the Lightning, Sergachev doesn't appear to be dealing with anything too serious. Having averaged nearly 23 minutes of ice time for the season, Mikhail Sergachev plays a massive role on the Lightning blue line and has been effective on both sides of the puck. His work includes 19 points (two goals, 17 assists), 30 hits, and 69 blocks in 33 games this season. Calvin de Haan will take his spot in the lineup on Thursday, with everybody at the back expected to do a bit extra to compensate for Sergachev's absence.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
