Mike Wallace Could Surprise in Week 2
6 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles wide receiver Mike Wallace could surprise with a strong performance in Week 2 against the Tampa Bay Bucs. Wallace did not catch a ball in Week 1, but he did run 34 routes and had several deep balls thrown in his direction. With the Bucs likely starting backup defensive backs, Wallace could have a much easier time getting open and coming up with a few passes. He's a boom-or-bust option, as he has been most of his career, but this week is a good chance to be a boom week. Treat him like a WR4, but don't be surprised if he outperforms that ranking.
