2 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Mike Trout went 0-for-4 in the team's 4-1 loss to the Baltimore Orioles on Thursday. It was his second consecutive 0-for-4 outing as he continued his sluggish start to the month of July. Over his first six games of the month, he's gone just 1-for-22 at the plate with a highly uncharacteristic 13 strikeouts and only one walk. The 30-year-old has been fantastic at the plate this year as he ranks fourth in the majors in home runs (23) and sixth in the majors in OPS (.967).
