Mike Clevinger Likely Out Until The All-Star Break
1 year agoAccording to manager Pedro Grifol, Chicago White Sox starting pitcher Mike Clevinger (biceps) probably won't return until after the All-Star break, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports. The 32-year-old hasn't pitched since June 14 after he dealt with fluid in his biceps during his last start and eventually hit the injured list. Fantasy managers haven't missed Clevinger much, as he posted a 3.88 ERA, 1.36 WHIP, and a meager 19.3% strikeout rate with three victories over 62.2 innings pitched.
