Mikael Granlund Scores In Overtime
6 years agoMinnesota Wild center Mikael Granlund scored the overtime winner in Saturday's 5-4 result against Tampa Bay to extend his current point streak to five games. It was a very productive outing from him, as he also shared the team lead with Mikko Koivu in shots on goal (5) and blocked two efforts from the opposition as well. Granlund, who had 67 points last season, is off to a decent start, collecting six points in eight games while holding the fourth spot on the team in shots with 22. The 26-year-old Finn isn't an elite fantasy option, but he plays in all situations and is generally consistent with his form.
