Miguel Rojas Has Five Hits On Friday
3 years agoMiami Marlins shortstop Miguel Rojas played well on both ends of Friday's doubleheader against the Philadelphia Phillies. Rojas led off in the first game, going 3-for-4 with a double, two singles, and an RBI. He batted sixth in the second game and went 2-for-4 with another double and a single. It was a strong way to start the second half, as Rojas lifted his batting average to .269 and his OPS to .731. He's a potential trade candidate as the deadline approaches, but it sounds like he and the Marlins both want him to stick around.
