St. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Michael Wacha (oblique) will start for Triple-A Memphis on Friday, and he'll be aiming for the 40-45 pitch range. Wacha was great for his owners before his injury, going 8-2 with a 3.20 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 71 strikeouts in 84 1/3 innings over 15 starts, but he's been out since June 20. There's a chance Wacha is brought back in a relief role, too, making it unlikely he'll have much fantasy value to end the year. Those in shallow mixed leagues should've already dropped him for better options.--Keith Hernandez
