3 years agoDallas Cowboys wide receiver Michael Gallup could see several different spots on the Cowboys offensive formation this coming season. In offseason practices, he reportedly lined up in all of the wide receiver spots, including in the slot, where he was only thrown to three times in the whole 2020 season. Gallup ended up being used as a seam stretching outside receiver, which made for the type of inconsistent production that works in best ball leagues but is eternally frustrating in more standard formats. Playing time was never the issue for Gallup, as he finished the 2020 season with the second-most pass routes run in the NFL. He's probably still best suited for best ball formats, but could be a steal in the later rounds of standard league drafts if he continues to move around the offense.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
