2 years agoNew York Jets running back Michael Carter received a dozen touches in a Week 3 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. Carter carried the ball 11 times for 39 yards and caught one of his two targets for an additional seven yards. Carter led the backfield in carries, but rookie Breece Hall gained the same 39 yards on three fewer touches. Hall was also targeted a team-high 11 times compared to Carter's two. Carter will continue to have a key role in the Jets backfield, but it seems clear that Hall is going to be "the guy", at least for fantasy purposes.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
