Michael Carter Exceeds Expectations In Week 9
2 years agoNew York Jets running back Michael Carter exceeded expectations in a very successful Week 9 performance against the Buffalo Bills. Carter ran the ball 12 times, gaining 76 yards and scoring a touchdown. He added one catch for 10 yards on his only target. Carter was actually out-touched by newcomer James Robinson, but Carter was the much more effective runner. The two backs will likely continue splitting carries after the Jets bye, which will certainly limit upside, but both can be seen as RB3 options with likely several RB2 weeks.
