Mets Agree To Terms With Tommy Pham
2 years agoThe New York Mets have reportedly agreed to terms with free-agent outfielder Tommy Pham on a one-year deal worth $6 million, per a tweet from the New York Post's Jon Heyman on Wednesday morning. Pham split the 2022 season with the Cincinnati Reds and Boston Red Sox, hitting a cumulative .236 with a .312 on-base percentage, 17 home runs and eight stolen bases in 622 plate appearances. As of now, New York's current outfield options on the team's 40-man roster include Mark Canha, Brandon Nimmo, Khalil Lee, and Starling Marte. Pham will serve as New York's fourth outfielder and can provide some pop in deeper mixed fantasy leagues.
