5 years agoESPN Los Angeles' Eric D. Williams expects that running back Melvin Gordon will end his holdout in time to be on the Week 1 roster. That doesn't necessarily mean that Gordon will be up to speed to carry a full load in the regular season opener against the Colts, but it would be excellent news for the Chargers and for anyone that has already drafted Gordon. Because of the possibility that he misses regular season games, Gordon's fantasy stock has taken a big hit. He's now more of a low-end RB2, but if you take the risk and Gordon doesn't end up missing any regular season games, then pat yourself on the back.
