2 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers infielder Max Muncy (groin) is still "very sore," after taking a grounder to the "groin area" on Saturday. This is why he was held out of Sunday's meeting with Arizona, according to manager Dave Roberts. However, Roberts added that he doesn't believe it's an "IL situation." The 32-year-old has gotten off to a rough start this season, totaling one hit in 13 at-bats. Even worse, he's already struck out seven times. Despite Roberts' optimism, fantasy managers should plan on Muncy missing more time moving ahead. But then again, there's a chance he'll be back on Monday versus the Colorado Rockies.
