Max Homa Seeking A Return To Form In North Berwick
4 months agoIt hasn't been pretty for Max Homa lately, and his $7,700 DraftKings salary is a clear reflection of his recent form. The 33-year-old Tour star has lost strokes off-the-tee in five consecutive starts, a span of golf that has included two missed cuts and zero finishes inside of the top-20. But the Scottish Open could be a buy-low spot for fantasy managers this week, as he returns to a course where he has posted finishes of T16 and T12 in his only two appearances. Homa's recent troubles off-the-tee should be mitigated with a low missed penalty fairway at The Renaissance Club, and he still ranks inside of the top-20 in weighted approach and around-the-green play over his last 24 rounds. He's certainly capable of spiking with the flat stick and appears due for a rebound in that category. If that holds true this week, Homa could be a massive value and key to unlocking a lucrative week ahead for fantasy managers
