1 year agoBoston Bruins center Matthew Poitras sustained an upper-body injury in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime loss to Arizona. He was hurt in the third period in a collision with Coyotes defenseman Sean Durzi. The 19-year-old was playing in his third game since returning from the World Junior Championships. His status for Thursday's contest versus Vegas is currently unknown. Poitras boasts five goals and 15 points through his first 30 career games.
