5 years agoSan Diego Padres starting pitcher Matt Strahm will return to the bullpen for the start of the second half of the season. The 27-year-old will attempt to help the team's struggles against left-handed hitters out of the 'pen in a role that has seen him achieve some success in the past. Strahm had a 2.05 ERA in 61 1/3 innings in relief in 2018 and had a 10.65 ERA in his last five starts. There isn't a guarantee that the southpaw will be back in the starting rotation this year, so he won't have much fantasy appeal if he's working out of the bullpen the rest of the way.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
