6 years agoWashington Redskis defensive lineman Matt Ioannidis (knee) is considered week-to-week with his knee injury. He has a sprained ankle and knee. His coach jokes that “he’s a nut job” and "might try to come back right away". Ioannidis is an important piece of a Redskins defensive line that will need to force pressure on the quarterback. Just as importantly, the Redskins are in the same division as Ezekiel Elliott and top rookie running back Saquon Barkley so the defensive line will need to hold up against the run.--Jamie Mellor
