Matt Duffy Drives In Two Runs Saturday Versus Cleveland
6 years agoTampa Bay Rays third baseman Matt Duffy stepped up to help the team come back Saturday versus the Indians. He would double in the sixth inning to drive in two and tie the game at 2-2. Duffy would then get driven in to take the lead. Duffy is now batting .297 this season and could become the first qualifying batter to hit .300 for the Rays since 2011. Duffy lacks power (four homers) while not compensating with a high steal total (10 so far). In the end, Duffy only offers strong assistance in one of the five traditional fantasy categories which makes it hard to suggest him outside of deep formats.
