6 years agoThe Miami Marlins are expected to announce the signing of Cuban prospects Victor Victor Mesa and Victor Mesa Jr. during a press conference on Monday, according to sources. Victor Victor is expected to sign for more than $5 million, while Victor Jr. is expected to sign for a bonus around $1 million. The two players are widely believed to be the top two international prospects on the table this offseason, so the Marlins are landing two future prospects to boost their minor league system.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
