5 years agoNew England Patriots right tackle Marcus Cannon's (shoulder) injury isn't considered to be season-ending or long-term in nature, according to a source. Cannon landed hard on his shoulder in the fourth quarter of the Week 1 game against the Steelers. He won't miss the season, but it seems likely that he'll be missing some games, at the very least. Cannon's absence on the offensive line will be a downgrade to running back Sony Michel, but not enough to outright bench him in a cake matchup with the lowly Dolphins in Week 2.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
