5 years agoOakland Athletics starting pitcher Marco Estrada (back) said he is feeling better after an ablation procedure for his back pain. He doesn't anticipate needing much time on a rehab assignment once he's able to pitch again. The veteran right-hander hasn't done well in Oakland in his five starts before the injury, posting an ugly 6.85 ERA, 1.31 WHIP and only 11 K's in 23 2/3 frames. Better days could be ahead for Estrada this year in Oakland, but he'll have to get healthy first, and fantasy owners in mixed leagues won't be waiting for his return to the rotation.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
