Marc Leishman Finds Putting Stroke At Memorial
6 years agoMarc Leishman kicked off the season in blistering fashion with a win in the fall and multiple top-five finishes to begin 2019. Leishman's game has dropped off dramatically over the past few months. His poor results can be attributed to a stretch of ice-cold putting. However, the 'Big Aussie' seemed to rediscover his putting stroke in his last start at the Memorial. He gained 3.7 strokes putting at Muirfield Village, his first plus outing on the greens in over two months. If Leishman can continue rolling the ball well at Pebble Beach this week, he's a serious dark-horse candidate in the U.S. Open.
